lr555 Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and lr555 ("lr555", "the Platform", "We", "Us") governing your access to and use of the lr555 online gaming platform, including all casino games, sports betting, crash games, and related services offered at lr555.org. Please read these Terms carefully in their entirety before accessing or using any part of the lr555 platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise using the lr555 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in full.

These Terms apply to all players accessing lr555 from Bangladesh and govern all interactions with the lr555 platform including account registration, deposits and withdrawals, bonus claims, game participation, and customer support communications. lr555 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the lr555 platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an active lr555 account and to place real-money wagers on the lr555 platform, all of the following eligibility conditions must be met at all times. lr555 may request evidence of compliance with these conditions at any time and may suspend or close accounts that do not meet them.

To use the lr555 platform you must complete the registration process by providing your Bangladesh mobile phone number and creating a secure password. lr555 will issue you a single account linked to that phone number. You may not transfer, sell, or assign your lr555 account to any other person. Registration requires only a phone number at the initial stage; however, identity verification (KYC) is required before any withdrawal may be processed.

KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identity document — typically a National Identity Card (NID) — along with a photograph confirming your identity. lr555 may request additional supporting documents at its discretion. KYC is a one-time process per account. Accounts that fail KYC verification may have withdrawal rights suspended pending resolution of any discrepancy.

lr555 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All transactions are settled at face value with no currency conversion. lr555 supports bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and selected local bank transfers for both deposits and withdrawals. lr555 does not currently support international credit cards, debit cards, or electronic wallets other than those explicitly listed on the lr555 cashier page.

All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to fraud and anti-money laundering checks. lr555 reserves the right to delay or refuse a transaction that triggers a compliance review. Where a withdrawal is delayed for compliance reasons, lr555 will notify you of the delay and provide a reasonable estimated resolution timeline.

lr555 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players including welcome bonuses on first deposit, reload bonuses, free spin promotions, and seasonal offers. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the relevant promotion announcement and to the general bonus rules set out in this section. Where a conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps for each promotion are stated in the individual promotion terms. It is your responsibility to read the applicable promotion terms before claiming any bonus.

These Terms incorporate by reference the lr555 Responsible Gaming Policy, which is published separately at lr555.org/responsible-gaming. You are encouraged to read the Responsible Gaming Policy in conjunction with these Terms. lr555's responsible gaming tools include deposit limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion, all accessible from within your account dashboard after login.

lr555 applies rigorous age verification procedures. All players must be 21 years of age or older. lr555 will verify age through KYC documentation review. Where there is reasonable doubt about a player's age, lr555 may suspend the account pending verification. Any account opened by a player under 21 will be closed, deposits returned, and any winnings forfeited.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lr555 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where applicable.

lr555 uses automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, lr555 reserves the right to take immediate remedial action without prior notice to the account holder.

All content on the lr555 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software, and the overall look and feel of the platform — is the property of lr555 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the lr555 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any lr555 platform content without the express prior written consent of lr555. The lr555 name, brand mark, and associated trade dress are trade marks of lr555 and may not be used without written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, lr555 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the lr555 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption, however caused and whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if lr555 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

lr555 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond lr555's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. lr555 will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any unplanned outage.

lr555 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at any time and without prior notice if lr555 has reasonable grounds to believe that the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited conduct, or if continued operation of the account poses a compliance, legal, or financial risk to lr555 or its players.

Upon termination of an account for any reason, any real money balance remaining after deduction of any amounts owed to lr555 will be returned to the account holder's verified Bangladesh payment method within a reasonable processing period, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding KYC or compliance review. Bonus balances are forfeited upon account termination regardless of wagering status.

lr555 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, published at lr555.org/privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. lr555 uses SSL encryption on all pages and transactions to protect your personal and financial data in transit. lr555 will never sell your personal data to third parties. Your data is used solely for the purposes of account administration, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and the delivery of lr555 services.

lr555 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, lr555 will update the effective date shown at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, provide notice to registered players through their account notification channel. It is your responsibility to check the Terms periodically for updates.

Your continued use of the lr555 platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to any updated Terms, you must cease using the lr555 platform and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected].
